We are still covering real estate and personal property but typically you come to us wanting one or the other. Our new platform will separate the two making things easier to navigate.

We want our customers to have the best experience, so no more getting bogged down by a cluttered layout. Our new site will be clean and easy to find just what you want.
QUALIFIED BIDDERS ONLY
We now ask for a credit card on file but that will work in your favor as a bidder. Only those people serious about bidding can compete with your bid. No "bot" bidders or unrealistic bids. Just like an in-person auction, bid against real people, in real time!
QUICK BIDDING
Register for the auction and bid quickly and easily. We are leaving the "typo" bids behind and moving on up to a system that will help you make your bid with an easy click.

HOW TO PREPARE
You may get to launch day and be surprised to be seeing the old site still! What should you do? Try clearing your cache!
A cache is a temporary storage area on your device that saves copies of web pages. This helps speed up your browsing by not having to reload images and other data each time you visit a site. However, if your cache isn’t cleared, you might not see the latest updates we’ve made to our website. Clearing your cache ensures you see all the new features and improvements we’ve worked hard to implement.
Instructions By Device
1. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of your browser.
2. Select "More Tools," then click "Clear Browsing Data."
3. Choose a time range and make sure "Cached images and files" is checked.
4. Click "Clear Data."
1. Open Safari and click "Safari" in the upper left corner.
2. Select "Preferences," then go to the "Privacy" tab.
3. Click "Manage Website Data," then "Remove All."
1. Tap the three vertical dots in the bottom right corner.
2. Go to "Settings," then "Privacy."
3. Select "Clear Browsing Data."
4. Ensure "Cached images and files" is checked, then tap "Clear Browsing Data."
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Scroll down to "Safari."
3. Tap "Clear History and Website Data."
